Users may submit Business Listings on the Site. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that you have the rights, permissions, and authority to post all aspects of the listing (e.g. name, description, images, trademarked names).
You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or adapt the business listing and its associated content, for the operation, promotion or improvement of the Site.
We reserve the right (but do not guarantee) to review, edit, refuse, remove or suspend any business listing, which we consider violates these Terms or is inappropriate.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listings or their contents. Users rely on listings at their own risk.
We are not liable for incorrect, out-of-date, misleading or fraudulent listings.
6. User Content & Responsivity / Replies
You are solely responsible for all User Content you post or submit via the Site (text, images, reviews, messages).
By submitting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display such content in connection with the Site and our business (including promoting the Site).
You represent and warrant that your User Content:
a) is your own original work or you have all necessary rights;
b) does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality);
c) is not obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or illegal;

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Upon termination:
a) your right to use the Site ends immediately;
b) all licenses granted to you terminate;
c) we may delete your business listings, User Content, or account information (but are not obligated to).Provisions which by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will continue in force after termination.
11. Modifications to the Terms or Site
We may modify, update, suspend, add or remove parts of these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Site. We will indicate the “Last updated” date.
If a change is material, we may provide additional notice (e.g. email).
By continuing to access or use the Site after changes, you accept the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
We may also modify, suspend or discontinue features, Services, listings or content of the Site without liability.

You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales (or relevant) regarding any dispute.

If you live in the EU, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your home country under EU law (where applicable).
